PAYLOK SHOP PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED PRODUCTS

This section contains the current A. Prohibited Products List and B. Restricted Products List as well as C. General Guidance. Supplier's attention is particularly drawn to the Limitations on Products and Services Offered For Resale section of the PayLok Shop Operating Regulations, including Supplier's Duty to Comply.

A. PROHIBITED PRODUCTS LIST

PayLok Shop prohibits the registration or sale of the following goods and services:

Prohibited items:

(IN SOME INSTANCES PAYLOK MAY ALTER ITS PROHIBITED ITEMS POLICY, USER MUST HAVE PERMISSION IN WRITING OF SUCH ALTERATION OF POLICY)

Adoption services,

Sexually explicit services:

You may NOT supply any Adult subscription services, including chat or webcams, or any pornography (pictures, videos, DVDs, magazines), Supplier Sites may NOT contain any pornographic content.

Age-verification services,

Alcoholic beverages,

Animals by mail order,

Benefit/incentive programs,

Cable converter boxes,

Cable TV descramblers or 'filters enabling free Pay Per View',

Check cashing services,

Collection agencies,

Companion/escort services,

Credit card protection services,

Credit repair services,

Debt consolidation/credit counseling/restoration,

Degrees or diplomas (unless accredited by a recognized authority

Donations or any structure in which the value of the transaction is significantly greater than the value of the goods or services purchased,

e-wallets, e-cash, payment processors, or any vendor aggregation type services;services using credit card transactions as deposits or credits,

Firearms, ammunition, high capacity magazines, tasers, air guns, and other related items except those stocked as part of a retail sporting goods store,

Warranty programs/warranty sales,

Fireworks or pyrotechnic devices or supplies,

Future order fulfillment beyond three months,

Hazardous materials, combustibles, corrosives,

Hotel, airfare, accommodations, car rental, travel services, unless agreed to in writing.

Human Body Parts, Fluids, and Remains,

'Investment opportunities'; especially 'HYIP', items sold by matrix, single-level, multi-level, other similar marketing techniques,

IRC Chat Hosting,

'Money making schemes' - i.e. get-paid-for-surveys, home mailing, secret shopper services, etc.,

Mortgage payment/reduction services,

Outbound marketing,

Phone chat lines,

"Pixel-Ad" Sites (i.e. like milliondollarhomepage.com),

Pre-Adult content - pictures, videos, etc. of individuals under the age of 18 years,

Prescription drugs or other controlled substances, drug paraphernalia,

Psychic readings or fortune telling,

Replica and name brand 'knock off' products,

Satellite signal decoding products, cards and card programming,

Securities trading, currency exchange,

Services or products to circumvent locks, programming codes or security features to gain access to features/services not paid for,

Shell hosting accounts,

Sites promoting hatred, racism, religious persecution or the initiation of force against others,

Unsolicited email services, products and services designed to deliver unsolicited electronic communications, Spyware, Spamware,

Videotext, services or products sold via Short Messaging Service AKA "Texting",

Products illegal in the Supplier's or PayLok Shop's operating jurisdiction(s).

B. RESTRICTED PRODUCTS LIST

PayLok Shop permits the registration or sale of the following goods and services, but Supplier must contact the PayLock Risk Dept via International Vendor Support for a risk assessment as PayLok Shop may assess a higher Transaction Fee and Reserve for these Products and require additional business and personal information from Supplier.

Restricted items:

Cultural artifacts, Antiquities, Native American artifacts,

Dating/marriage sites (but not companion/escort services which are Prohibited Products),

Fantasy league services,

Food - perishable, non-prepackaged foods,

Gambling supplies (such as chips, slot machines, etc),

Online Game Items (i.e. Game "Gold", "Pieces", "Armor", "Credits", "Currency", etc.) within Massively Multiplayer Online Games (MMOGs),

Online Privacy services including web surfing and proxy services,

Phone cards, long distance, VoIP or PC-to-Phone service,

Pre-recorded CDs, DVDs or video cassettes,

Penis or breast enlargement products,

Seminar or event tickets,

Stamp collections,

Sports Gambling Prognostication, and Handicapping services,

Tobacco products, Smoking Mixtures or Tobacco Substitutes.

C. GENERAL GUIDANCE

If you are concerned that the products/service you wish us to broker may be mistaken for Prohibited Items, but are not, please make this clear when you apply to PayLok Shop for a site review. If you are adding such products/services to an existing website which sells through PayLok Shop ensure you contact the the Risk Dept via International Vendor Support before you add such products. Please note we require ten day's notice of such changes as per the Operating Regulations.

Supplier websites found to be supplying prohibited products or services are subject to immediate account termination, freezing of funds/possible forfeiture of funds, fines, and/or order cancellations, all without notice as governed by our Operating Regulations.
